ARTbopSHOW – Episode 4 – Artist Jannine Bishop

Jannine moved to Tauranga from Auckland in 2004 after completing a certificate in Design at Unitec.

Previous to that she spent 10 years working in Film and Television as an Art Director as well as working for Savarin’s Glass and learning the art of lead lighting.

Now with time to herself again she has embarked on a reignited artistic journey inspired by the Incubator. Working with Simone Anderson on a mural at her children’s school and helping to paint a few Pianos alongside other artists as part of a community project at the Incubator and is now submitting a sculptural piece for the ‘Antimatter’ exhibition.
