Submissions in respect of the proposals put forward by the Trustees of the Tauranga Energy Consumer Trust close tomorrow Thursday 1st March 2018 at 4pm.
I’ve lodged my submission today. I’ve spent a great deal of time reading documents and the handouts from the Trustees and have come to the conclusion that the process is so confused and flawed; that there are so many inherent conflicts of interest; and it is clear that the decision has been pre-determined; the Trustees should discontinue their current effort to amend the Trust Deed.
